The business application which i am using will help to identify an efficient and valuable resource of a Knowledge Process Outsourcing company.
Hence it will help us to assign task or job to a particular resource and will able to identify the under perform resource and find a ways to improved their performance.
Using OrangeHRM application i have layout the organization structure of a KPO industry consisting of CEO, General Manager, Manager,Team Lead and Analyst.
Each of them area assigned with particular task,payroll and their supervisor.
Their performance are evaluated accordingly with the help of a Key Performance Indicator.
